Step Forward Entertainment, a boutique production and talent management company headquartered in New York City, with an office in Los Angeles, was founded by renown producer Robert "Bob" R. Blume.  With strong roots on Broadway as founder and executive producer of the Drama Desk Awards, Blume saw the opportunity to share his experience to develop and represent talent and manage productions in film, TV and theater.
